1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and consulting services provided by Vanguard Infra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations governing the State of Washington, United States.

2. Service Scope & Limitations

Vanguard Infra provides highly specialized cloud architecture, Kubernetes optimization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) consulting. While we strive for zero-drift deployments and 99.999% uptime architectures, specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are only valid when explicitly defined in a signed, active Managed Infrastructure Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific Statement of Work (SOW), pre-existing intellectual property, including proprietary Terraform modules and ArgoCD workflow configurations utilized during engagements, remain the property of Vanguard Infra. Clients are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these artifacts within their own environments.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vanguard Infra or its suppliers be liable for any consequential data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our architectural recommendations, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
